Who we are

OUATIS (ouatis.art) is a project presented by PleasrDAO about the Wu-Tang Clan album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. It is operated by Eternal Tunnel Corporation on behalf of PleasrDAO. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Eternal Tunnel Corporation and the OUATIS team. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Entering the Chamber is free. Nothing is sold on this site, and no purchase is ever required to join.
• Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and keep one account per person.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or to get around the rules.
• You can change your details or turn messages off at any time in your portal, or ask us to delete your account.

SMS Terms

• Program: OUATIS updates, run by Eternal Tunnel Corporation. If you give your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to messages (on ouatis.art/texts, the Chamber sign-up form or your portal), we will send you recurring automated marketing SMS text messages: news, updates, clues and drop announcements about OUATIS, by text message, or on WhatsApp depending on where you live. After you opt in, you will get a message confirming your enrollment.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also remove your number in your portal.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email privacy@ouatis.art.
• Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of joining the Chamber.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

The text, images and design of this site belong to their owners and may not be copied for commercial use. Quotes are credited to their sources. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell anything, or financial advice.

No guarantees

We run the site and the messaging program as they are, and we may change or end them at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell members by email if the change is significant.
